Independent Planners Group (IPG) is a financial services product intermediary delivering fixed and variable annuities, life insurance, long term care, disability income and structured settlement products to financial planners and life insurance professionals.

IPG’s three principals, Pat Way, Mike Kelley, and Mike Ferguson have combined industry experience of more than half a century and are backed by a support staff of ten. Operating out of three offices in Houston, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona and northern California. IPG has on going relationships with over 2,000 agents. This group of agents consists primarily of independent financial planners and high quality life insurance professionals, many of which began their affiliation with IPG’s principals through Delta Life & Annuity.

Each of IPG’s three offices has been in operation for over ten years as regional wholesaling operations. IPG was reorganized during 2001 in order to achieve national scope and to consolidate production, record keeping and agent service.
